BIIAB Award in Licensed Hospitality

The Programme

This course is part of the Profitable Business Portfolio scheme and is taught on a one-to-one basis. It covers profit and loss accounting, managing a budget, understanding your target market and motivation, stock control, training design and delivery

Flexible enrolment dates available throughout the year.

Length of Study

Nine hours tuition and approximately 20 hours supported self study.
NB: There is a one hour exam per unit to be taken at one of our campuses.
