Supervising Food Safety in Catering; Retail or Manufacturing - Level 3 Award
The Programme
The aim of this qualification is to provide a broad knowledge of food safety and food hygiene. Holders of this qualification will have appropriate knowledge and understanding in order to take responsibility for food safety monitoring procedures.

Length of Study
Four or five days or one day per week over six weeks (one-to-one available if required).
