The Programme

This course will further improve knowledge of legislation, health and safety, dealing with customers and teamwork at a supervisory or management level. Candidates need to be in a supervisory role to achieve this qualification.

Candidates will benefit from a clearer understanding of their responsibility within their organisation, the opportunity to develop new skills and the recognition of existing skills. The employer will benefit from improved staff performance and motivation, improvements in the quality of service to customers, the opportunity to ensure levels of service are to national standards and improvements in the quality and service provided.

Costs

£282 plus certification fees £118.
Funding or an Apprenticeship may be available, please enquire.

12 to 18 months.
