ITQ Certificate for IT Users Level 2 (QCF)

The Programme

ITQ is the nationally recognised credit based qualification for people using computers and new technologies at work. Its unique 'pick and mix' design will allow candidates to demonstrate a wide variety of skills. Full Level 2 requires 16 credits.

ITQ is an established (and nationally recognised) credit based qualification for people using computers at work. Its unique 'pick and mix' design will allow you to demonstrate a full spectrum of different skill levels in just one qualification. There are bespoke and specialist software units that can be customised to your organisation's specific applications and the ITQ flexible structure means that it can be adapted for almost any workplace or job.

At Level 2 participants need to be able to make use of predefined or commonly used IT tools for activities that are at times
non-routine or unfamiliar, they will be able to devise solutions to use IT tools to improve productivity. Any aspect that is unfamiliar will require support and advice from other people.

Please note that the full Level 2 requires 16 credits.

Costs

£300, plus certification fees (tuition fee may be waived subject to the learners first Level 2 entitlement). An Apprenticeship Framework is available for this qualification.

Dates

Flexible enrolment dates are available throughout the year.

Length of Study

Four to six months.
