Security Supervisors Level 3 Award

The Programme

This qualification is made up of ten units: Roles and Responsibilities; Leadership; Delegation; Motivation; Team Work; Problem Solving and Decision Making; Performance Reviews; Communications; Customer Service; and Employment Law.
