Legionella Prevention and Water Treatment
The Programme
This course is aimed at installers of hot and cold water systems. It enables candidates to undertake risk assessments and to install best water treatment practice for Legionella bacteria prevention. The course will ensure installers comply with ACOP8
Following amendments to the Health and Safety at Work Act, there is now a legal requirement to control the risks from Legionella bacteria in water systems.
Costs
£125 plus £40 certification and examination fee.
Dates
14 February 2011; 31 May 2011.
Length of Study
One day.
