Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership

The Programme

This course is for learners working in the hospitality industry looking for career progression into a role with more responsibility. It will increase supervisory and leadership skills including communication, customer service and team leading.

This course encompasses the make up of the hospitality industry, communication, leading a team, supervision of customer service, stock control and the effective use of resources.
