NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading

The Programme

This course is designed for team leaders (with a limited authority for managing resources) who are looking to motivate their team and achieve agreed outputs. It will give candidates an opportunity to develop core competences needed by team leaders.

Candidates take three mandatory units (10 credits) which look at:
Managing personal development
Developing working relationships with colleagues
Communicate information and knowledge

Plus optional units (7 credits) relevant to your job role.

Candidates will be supported by a vocationally experienced tutor who will plan a programme of development and assessment with each individual. This will involve arranging a number of work based observations and providing support in compiling a portfolio of evidence.

Costs

£395 plus certification. Fees may be waived subject to learner first Level 2 entitlement.
An Apprenticeship is available for this qualification.

Dates

Flexible enrolment dates are available through the year.

Length of Study

Six to nine months.
