Certificate in Dementia Awareness (QCF)

The Programme

This course covers understanding dementia, understanding person centred care, using a person centred approach to understand emotions and behaviour and applying person centred principles to care, mealtimes, activities and the caring environment.

Learners are provided with a work book which includes a combination of reference information, questions and practical work.

Costs

The price is £395 per student but there may be funding available.

Dates

Flexible enrolment dates are available throughout the year.

Length of Study

Most students complete within four months.
