ILM Team Leading Level 2

The Programme

This course is aimed at providing practising or aspiring managers with a solid foundation in team leading skills. It is highly flexible and based around individual needs which allows learners to achieve qualifications at Award and Certificate level.

This is a flexible programme based around the needs of the individual learner and employer. These qualifications are also delivered through the use of customised workbooks and self study.
