CYQ Chair Based Exercise for the Frail and Older Person Level 2

The Programme

This course will provide candidates with the knowledge and skills to deliver a prescribed programme of chair based exercises to the frailer, older person in a safe and effective manner. This course is ideal for people working in a care setting.
