ILM Award in First Line Management
The Programme
This course focuses on essential managerial skills which can then be applied to actual work situations. It covers topics such as motivation, time management, building a team, planning work, managing change, working to a budget and leadership.
This course is currently delivered at the School of Management. However, it can be delivered in the workplace or at our Tiverton Campus.
