Paediatric First Aid

The Programme

This course introduces the aims and principles of first aid within the childcare environment. It covers topics such as the management of unconsciousness, resuscitation, burns, choking, bleeding, childhood illnesses and common medical conditions.

On completion the qualifications is valid for three years.

Dates are available throughout the year.

Length of Study

12 hours, normally over two days. Flexibility in the delivery of the course can be arranged for larger groups.
