Introduction to Communication and Record Keeping

The Programme

This course covers the importance of verbal and non verbal communication and the requirements of record keeping. It includes legislation and recognised good practise. This is an essential course for those working in any care setting.

The course links to NVQ units HSC21 and HSC31 in the Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Costs

£295 for up to 16 people.

Delivery times and dates are organised between employers and tutors.

Two hours at your workplace.
