Introduction to Stress Awareness

The Programme

This programme discusses the causes of stress with individuals, the symptoms individuals may show and strategies on managing stress. Staff will have an insight into the causes and management of stress in the workplace.

Costs

£295 for up to 16 people.

Dates

Delivery times and dates are organised between employers and tutors.

Length of Study

Two hours in your workplace.
