The Programme

This course is based broadly on the paperwork used in your business and addressing areas of concern identified by your business. It will cover topics such as form filling, message taking, spelling, writing readable notes and minute taking.

Costs

If a qualification is undertaken this could be free, but otherwise the cost will be discussed on an individual basis.
