Construction (Design and Management) Regulations Session 2 for Principle Contractors

The Programme

This course looks at the role of the principle contractor under the CDM regulations and what they should be doing in order to comply with their legal obligations.

The course will also look at the detailed requirements of the Act relating to the construction phase of a project and the duty to provide timely information for the health & safety file.
