Construction (Design and Management) Regulations Session 1 for Designers
The Programme
This course is aimed at those responsible for design and who are unsure of their responsibilities under the CDM regulations. It introduces the legal requirements as well as the duties and role of the designer.
The course introduces the legal requirements as well as the duties and role of the designer and how to recognise whether you are a designer or not. The course will also be of interest to those needing to understand the role of the designer but who are not designers themselves. A large part of the course will be undertaking design risk assessments and recording the results in a suitable format.
