Customer Service NVQ 1 & 2 Certificate

The Programme

These courses will improve the candidates basic knowledge of legislation, communicating with customers, dealing with customer issues, health and safety, teamwork and the importance of professional customer contact and service.



Candidates will benefit from a clearer understanding of their responsibility within their organisation, the opportunity to develop new skills and the recognition of existing skills. The employer will benefit from improved staff performance and motivation, improvements in the quality of service to customers, the opportunity to ensure levels of service are to national standards and improvements in the quality and service provided.

Costs

£345 plus certification fees £85.
Funding or an Apprenticeship may be available, please enquire.
