Professional Ethics and Practise

The Programme

This short course looks at professional ethics and how they can apply to construction professionals. In particular it will look at fraud and dishonesty and how to prevent it.

This course will look at bribery, extortion, fraud, collusion and money laundering, who has liability for corruption offences and will end with some examples of corruption during pre-qualification and tender, project execution and dispute resolution.
