Bespoke IT Training at Your Workplace

The Programme

We can offer bespoke one day IT training on your premises for up to eight delegates. Training in Microsoft Excel (core and expert), Word (core and expert), PowerPoint and Outlook. The contents can be tailored to meet your business needs.

Examples of the types of topics that could be covered are shown below:

Word: Customising Toolbars, Page Setup, Entering & Editing Text, Finding & Replacing Text, Correcting Spelling & Grammar, Changing Font & Font Size, Bullets & Numbering, Margins, Headers & Footers, Line Spacing, Tabs, Tables, Columns, Inserting Images, Inserting Graphs & Charts, Auto Text, Creating & Changing Styles & Formatting, Mail Merge, Referencing, Table of Contents, Comments & Document Review Tracking, Tables, Creating Templates and Creating simple Macros.

Excel: Creating Workbooks & Worksheets, Entering Data, Moving and Copying Data, Inserting & Deleting Rows & Columns, Relative & Absolute Cells, Creating Functions & Formulas, Simple IF Statements, Organising & Sorting Data, Linking Cells, Creating a Chart or Graph, Naming Cell Ranges, Creating Lists, Using Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Worksheet Protection, Cell Comments, Function Structure, Creating Logical Statements (IF, AND OR), TEXT Functions, DATE Functions, FINANCIAL Functions, Importing & Linking with Excel, Lookup Tables and Pivot Tables.

Outlook: Voting & Tracking Folder Management, Sharing your Email with other Delegates, Using Follow Up Flags, Sharing Calendars, Tracking & Updating Appointments, Managing Contacts and Creating & Monitoring Tasks.

PowerPoint: Creating & Editing Slide Masters, Using Slide Designs, Using Slide Layouts, Adding & Editing Slide Notes, Slide Views, Formatting Slides, Text, Bullets, Working with Images & Clip Art, Tables, Action Buttons, Hotspots & Hyperlinks, Adding Animation, Animation Time lines and Importing from Other Slide Shows.

Costs

£550 for one day or £275 for half a day.
