Nutrition for Healthier Food and Special Diets CIEH Level 2 Award

The Programme

This course ensures candidates are aware of healthy food options and alternatives as well as special dietary needs and how to cater for them. The course will cover
the relationship between nutrition, diet and health and the nutritional requirements.
