Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Foundation Certificate

The Programme

This course demonstrates how to apply knowledge of HACCP principles to food production and incorporates Safer Food Better Business. It will raise the standard of food safety and complies with recommendations from the Environmental Health Authority.
