Retail Diploma Level 3 Management, Sales Professional and Visual Merchandising

The Programme

This course will further improve knowledge of legislation, health and safety, dealing with customers, teamwork, displaying goods and relevant operational requirements within the industry at a supervisory or management level.

These courses are delivered in the workplace using observation, customised work books, self study and workplace training.
