L3 BIIAB Certificate in Licensed Hospitality

The Programme

This course is part of the Profitable Business Portfolio scheme and is taught on a one-to-one basis. It covers topics such as customer service procedures, sales and merchandising, stock control and improving your catering operations.

Flexible enrolment dates available throughout the year.

Length of Study

13 hours tuition and approximately 25 hours of supported self study.
NB: There is a one hour exam per unit to be taken at one of our campuses.
