NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Business and Administration
The Programme
This course is designed for individuals who are working at a senior level with considerable responsibility for the management of systems and resources, working with an extensive degree of autonomy. Optional units at Level 5 are now available.
This course is designed for individuals who are working at a senior level with considerable responsibility for the management of systems and resources, working with an extensive degree of autonomy.
The individual's role will involve an in-depth knowledge of their occupation and will be used to dealing with a high level information. Job roles will include managerial skills with demonstration of competence in planning and business awareness. Example job roles at this level include Office or Administration Manager.
This qualification has a number of optional unit at Level 5 which can be used a part of the overall qualification.

503 Plan change across teams
504 Implement, monitor and review change
505 Manage a project
506 Recruit staff in own area of responsibility
507 Monitor and review business processes
Costs
£495 plus certification fees.
