Catering Appliances - Boiling Burners (Ranges and Ovens) COMCAT1

The Programme

This course covers commission, service, repair and breakdown of gas commercial catering appliances open or solid top ranges.

Costs

£90 for assessment, £50 for training (half day) plus certification fee of £40.

Dates

Flexible enrolment dates available throughout the year.

Length of Study

Half day assessment (training is optional).
