Domestic Energy Assessing Level 3 Diploma

The Programme

This course will introduce candidates to this new and exciting career in energy assessing. Our team of expert and fully qualified trainers will ensure the course is presented in an effective and co-ordinated method.

This course has been developed in order to qualify candidates to undertake Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for EU legislation. EPCs are a mandatory requirement on all residential marketed properties and rented accommodation and can only be produced by a fully qualified and accredited DEA.

The course consists of a combination of workshops, tutorials and learning resources. Each course is tailor made to individual candidates to ensure that relevant learning leads to successful completion, as a guide we would anticipate students achieving within ten weeks.

£1,200 plus additional examination fee.
