Site Management Safety Training Scheme - ConstructionSkills' Site Safety Plus

The Programme

This course is designed for site managers, agents and those who are, or are about to be, responsible for planning, organising, monitoring, controlling and administering groups of staff or a workforce.

The course covers all relevant legislation and other aspects which affect safe working in the building, construction and civil engineering industries. It highlights the need for risk assessment in the workplace, the implementation of the necessary control measures and adequate communication to sustain a health and safety culture among the workforce.

Candidates must attend all five days of the course, completing a total of 37.5 hours to be eligible to take the final assessment.

£650.
NB: A ConstructionSkills grant may be available to companies 'in scope', please enquire for details.

Flexible enrolment dates are available throughout the year.

Length of Study

Five days. Candidates must attend all five days to qualify for this award and some home study will need to be undertaken as part of the course.
