The Programme
The Effective Business Communication programme is designed for people who wish to gain an understanding of principles and practice of communicating effectively within a business environment.
The Effective Business Communication programme is designed for people who wish to gain an understanding of principles and practice of communicating effectively within a business environment. This course is designed for study by distance learning at work or at home. You will receive a course manual, assignments and study guide plus tutor support by email.

The objectives of the course are to:
Describe the essential elements of business communications
Adopt good practice with a variety of communication methods
Choose appropriate communication methods
