The Programme
This is a one day course covering an introduction to nutrition. This course will suit any person interested in nutrition, people working with children, the elderly or in schools.
This is a one day course covering an introduction to nutrition. The learning outcomes are:-
Good basic understanding of nutrition principles and terminology
Understand the requirements of a balanced diet and its positive effect on health
Identify differing needs, allergies and food intolerance's
Appreciate that different groups of people require different diets
Food processing and fortification
Food labelling
Costs
£69pp minimum of eight people.
