The Programme

In these three, three hour sessions you will learn how to prepare a traditional Christmas dinner.

stuffinge three, three hour Petroc certificated skill sessions that will focus on:

1. Making a special starter and Amuse Boucher for Christmas dinner.
2. Boning and rolling a fresh whole turkey and variations of stuffing's for the legs.
3. Christmas pudding Ice cream using machine or freezer method.

Costs

£150.

Length of Study

Nine hours over three days or evenings.
