Petroc Putting your Customers First

The Programme

This is a two hour Petroc certificated course suitable for any person working in a customer service role.

This is a two hour Petroc certificated course, by the end of the session the candidates will be able to:

Understand how to identify who your customers are.
Identify how to deal with respective customers (on the phone, face to face, colleagues).
Understand your customers values.
Understand what makes first class customer service.

Costs

£55pp, a minimum of two people required.
