This is a two hour Petroc certificated session suitable to any person working in a customer service role.

This is a two hour Petroc certificated session by the end of the session the learners will:

Identify and respond to different behaviour
Be able to deal with and manage varying situations
Identify and use assertive behaviour
Improve communication
