The Programme

Suitable to any person working in a customer service role.

This is a two hour Petroc certificated session by the end of the session the learners will:

Be able to define 'what is good customer service'.
Understand the importance of a positive first impression.
Recognise customers' needs and expectations.
Understand how to build rapport with customers.

Costs

£55pp, a minimum of two people required.
