Petroc Knife Skills
The Programme
Knife skills will be a useful course for beginners and industry new-starters.
These are two, two hour Petroc Certificated knife skill sessions where learners will:
¿ Use typical knife skills required for the catering industry by an industry professional.
¿ Understand each type of French cut and its place in a dish.
¿ How to sharpen and maintain knives using different types of sharpening methods.
Costs
£125pp, minimum of two people required.
Length of Study
Four hours over two days/evenings.
