Petroc The Internal Customer and Importance of Team Work

The Programme

Suitable for any person working within a team.


This is a two hour Petroc certificated session by the end of the session the learners will:

Increase awareness of the internal customer.
Understand the importance of meeting the needs of all customers.
Evaluate own performance within the team.
Recognise the importance of good communication.

Costs

£55pp, a minimum of two people required.

Various times throughout the year.
