Petroc Menu Planning
The Programme
This is a three hour Petroc certificated course that is aimed at supervisors and chefs that are looking to balance their menus, by the end of the session you will be able to:
¿ Understand the basic rules of menu planning.
¿ Understand the principles of the 'Eatwell Plate' and how to incorporate them in to your menu planning.
¿ Understand the principles of how to cost your new menu ideas.
