Introduction to Business Improvement Techniques for Managers

The Programme

This course provides an understanding of how to improve your business performance and help your organisation reduce waste and costs, improve productivity and become more competitive.

Costs

£65 for delivery based at a Petroc campus.
£75 for delivery based in your workplace, based on a minimum of six delegates.
Other quotes are available for bespoke delivery at your place of work.

Dates

Flexible dates available throughout the year.

Length of Study

The course is programmed for half a day for a maximum of four hours.
