Basic Plastering

The Programme

This is a practical training course covering all basic skills required to carry out general plastering techniques and is suitable for anyone who wishes to gain basic skills on how to plaster, render and dry line.

Course overview:
? Basic Plastering applications
? Application of render to walls
? Finishing techniques to the rendered surfaces
? Theory behind dry lining straight flat surfaces
? Use of adhesives and plasterboard
? Application and finishing of plaster

Each candidate will be assessed on their practical abilities throughout the delivery of this programme.

Length of Study

This course will run every Tuesday and Wednesday evening from 6 to 8pm.
