The Programme

This is a package of courses to include NVQ 3 Diploma in Customer Service, Customer Service technical certificate and Level 2 Key Skills in Communication Skills and Application of Number.

Candidates will benefit from a clearer understanding of their responsibility within their organisation, the opportunity to develop new skills and the recognition of existing skills. The employer will benefit from improved staff performance and motivation, improvements in the quality of service to customers, the opportunity to ensure levels of service are to national standards and improvements in the quality and service provided.
