Skills Development Programme - Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
The Programme
This is a package of courses that includes the Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools and Functional/Key Skills in Communication at level 2 and Application of Number and Information Technology at level 1.
This course looks at understanding the classroom and school setting, including primary, secondary and special needs schools, where candidates will support groups & individual children who have different abilities and needs. The course is a mix of taught sessions and one to one support with your tutor and will help you develop and prove your skills as a teaching assistant.
Costs
The fee for this course is £295 but there may be funding for this package, please enquire.
