NVQ 2 Diploma in Telesales

The Programme

This course is suitable for people in the following, or similar roles: Contact Centre Operator, Sales Representative.

Units include:
Manage and prioritise time for sales activities
Demonstrate compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical requirements for sales activities
Sell products and services over the telephone
Obtain and use sales related information
Develop, implement and monitor call planning
Manage your own personal and professional development in sales
Develop and deliver a professional sales presentation
Input and access data in you organisation's information systems
Assist customers to obtain finance for purchases
Process customer orders and payments
Monitor the delivery of products
Generate and follow-up sales leads
Handle objections and close sales
