The Programme
This is a full time programme lasting for one year offering those aged 16 to 19 a range of qualifications to aid in their work experience, vocational skills and social and emotional maturity. Each learner's programme will be personalised and will include Functional Skills, Personal and Social Development and Vocational qualifications. Job Skills will be part of the programme. Students can progress from LEAP 2 to LEAP 3 if they need additional time to decide on their career path.
The Programme Content
LEAP 3 is a holistic learning programme rather than being driven by one vocational area. Students may progress to LEAP 3 from LEAP 2 and continue with their own progression pathway. Their programme will include Functional Skills, Personal and Social Development and Vocational skills.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements. Learners will be expected to be work focused and emotionally mature.

This course starts in the 2012 / 2013 academic year.
I was on E2E last year and really enjoyed it. I chose to return to do Motor Vehicle because I wanted to learn how to fix my own car. Now I would like to pursue this as a career. The course is interesting and goes at a pace to suit me.
