We encourage qualifications and ongoing training and it’s good for staff to revisit skills to reinforce the level of customer service skills we deliver, initially some staff were worried about how much the training would encroach on daily tasks. However, the tutor was flexible and worked around us, observing us undertaking our regular daily tasks.
