A Plumbing Apprentice will learn about the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems and components. The plumbing industry is a highly competitive field and plumbers must be familiar with everything from domestic heating and plumbing systems, to lead sheet weathering.
The Programme Content
In recent years, the industry has also been involved with developing environmental technologies such as solar water heating and rain water harvesting. These are areas that the Apprentice will develop, broadening the knowledge base to encompass current technology.
