• Thursday 18:30 to 20:30

The Programme

Delightfully relaxing to both give and receive. Learn how to give a therapeutic massage to relieve stress, stiffness and pain. Shiatsu takes place on a mat with recipients fully clothed.

Bring with you: a mat and cushion. Wear loose cotton clothing. Participants must be able to kneel.

Suitable for students aged 16 and over. Please ring to enquire about any exceptions.
