Bricklaying Diploma - Tiverton

The Programme Content
This course is for the more experienced bricklayer wishing to study the more intricate and technical aspects of brickwork and look at sustainable/green aspects of the trade. One written assignment, six end of unit exams, one end of year exam and assessed practical assignments, including curved work, tumbling in work, axed arch work, decorative panel work and decorative fire place work.
Entry Requirements
The Level 2 Trowel Occupations qualification.
Costs
You will be expected to pay for your own personal protective equipment, which will be confirmed by your tutor*.

Tiverton Campus
Progression
The Level 4 Site Management course, offered here at Petroc.
Length of Study
September 2012 to 2013. One week intensive for 11 weeks over the year.
Academic Year
This course starts in the 2012 / 2013 academic year.
