Guest House Dining
The Programme
The Guest House Dining is a course that has been designed to help you develop and enhance you skills in preparing, cooking and presenting food.
A series of practical workshops will guide you through the techniques required to plan and produce a range of high quality Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon tea and Dinner menus.
Delivered to a small group of students this course will concentrate on providing ‘hands on experience' with a professional tutor on hand at all times to demonstrate and give support at every stage.
Length of Study
The course will be delivered over 3 consecutive days.
