Advanced Apprenticeship in Hospitality and Catering

Hospitality and catering covers work in restaurants, hotels, cafés, pubs and with contract caterers - it also supplies other industries with food and drink. There are dozens of possible career options. An Apprentice in this field will need to have an outgoing personality and be prepared to work in an environment which is largely shift based. Successful completion of the Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3) could lead to management or supervisory roles.
